We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 7 days following the delivery date
Dispatch items back within: 14 days  following the delivery date

Postage expense for return is at customer’s own cost.

We reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the 14-day return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. 

  1. Please make sure:

         (a) all returning items must be in the same perfect condition and in their full original packaging as you received them;

         (b) all tags and labels must remain intact;

         (c) all return items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

  1. Fill in the RETURNS FORM via this link HERE.
  2. Once we receive your return form, we will email you the return information within 2 working days.
  3. Put your returning item(s) into a parcel. Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.
  4. Send off your parcel to us via your preferred courier. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You are recommended to use a  tracked service and ask for a proof of postage from your courier.
  5. Once received by us, we will process your refund within 7 working days.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service.

Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer. 


We do not accept order cancellations. 

If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged a fee of £25.
