RETURNS
We accept returns from orders placed on happyology.co.uk within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

in original packaging
-
unworn, unaltered, and undamaged

with all tags and labels intact
-
returned with a copy of the invoice (or order confirmation)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Steps to return
1. Submit a return request via our RETURNS PORTAL (login to your customer account).
- Guest checkout? Create an account using the same email address you used at checkout to access your order, or contact us for help.
2. Wait for your return approval email and check your items meet the eligibility requirements above.
3. Pack the items securely and include a printout of the approval email in the parcel.
4. Ship your parcel using your preferred courier to the return address shown in your approval email.
- We strongly recommend using a fully tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
5. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Order changes
We’re unable to amend or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. If you need a different size or style, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
Refused deliveries
Please don’t refuse delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to a refused delivery, missed pickup, incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable, we’ll deduct the original delivery cost plus a £30 return-to-sender handling fee from your refund. We recommend accepting delivery and returning via our standard returns process.
Exchanges
We don’t offer a direct exchange service. Please return for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item.
