RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You can return all products within 14 CALENDAR DAYS following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a valid RETURNS FORM. Postage expense for return is at customer’s own cost.

The 14-day eligible returns window starts from the day you receive your package from us and ends on the day you post the package back to us. Happyology reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the 14-day return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please make sure:

         (a) all returning items must be in the same perfect condition you received them;

         (b) all tags and labels must remain intact;

         (c) all return items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

  1. Fill in the RETURNS FORM via this link HERE.
  2. Put the returning item(s) into a parcel. Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.
  3. Send off your parcel to us via your preferred courier. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage from your courier.
  4. Once received by us, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

FAQ

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ANY ITEM? 

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, except for tops, bodysuits and vests kept in their original packaging.
  • Hosieries: must be returned in their full original packaging.
  • Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please simply return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I JUST SHIP MY RETURN TO YOU MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING IT?

When we receive a returned product, our warehouse team check the consignment to validate that the return was dispatched within 14 days of receipt. Items dispatched more than 14 days after receipt do not qualify for a refund.

ONLY 14 DAYS TO RETURN? ARE YOU BEING FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Large retailers and some small retailers offer very generous return periods, often 28 days or more. We’re not prepared to try and match it because such a level of uncertainty over stock levels for a rolling 28-day period is manageable only with significantly higher operational costs - and therefore higher prices. We've made it our leading priority to maximise our unique designs, quality, and price.

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early you ensure that you get the style in the colour and size you want!
